Diamond Heart

As project manager for this website build, we started with a standard kick off meeting to determine client needs based on the scope of the proposal. Diamond Heart Wilderness Training Grounds had an out dated site with limited functionality and wanted to modernize to expand awareness of their offerings.

After doing competitor and design research, we outlined a sitemap for the website based on the new page topics. From there we created a custom homepage mock and reviewed with the client for revisions. Once finalized, I oversaw the project as my developer worked with our custom theme to build out the new website. Prior to reviewing with the client, I completed a full site review to identify any internal revisions. Meeting with the client, I walked them through the website and our feedback platform to outline revisions expectations. We continued communication through to the final meeting where we reviewed the support and maintenance policy and completed a website training session!
